1. No Return Policy
As our products include food items such as millets, nuts, laddus, flours, and health mixes, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photos or videos of the product along with your order details for verification.
3. Refund Eligibility
After reviewing your request, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original payment method
This will be processed only if the issue is verified and approved by our team.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Improper storage or handling of products after delivery
